In recent years, many Brazilians have been investing in financial investments in banks abroad, mainly in banks in the Bahamas and Florida. Investing in the US has become a very interesting alternative that has attracted the attention of foreigners from all over the world, including Brazilians. The country offers a solid and stable financial market, with a strong currency and profitable investments for investors with varied profiles and budgets.

Purchase of Shares of North American Companies
Buying stocks in US companies is one of the best alternatives to investing in the US. On a daily basis, American stock exchanges trade securities of large companies such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, among other companies with strong market value. This increases the chances of diversifying the investment portfolio with internationally consolidated companies.
In addition, stock yields are also high and safe because the dollar is a strong currency and the US economy is stable.
Brazilians can invest in the American market in two ways: through ETFs (Index Fund) or BDRs (Brazilian Depositary Receipts).
On the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3) two types of ETFs are traded: the SPX11 and the IVVB11. They replicate the performance of the S&P 500 index, which gathers the 500 largest publicly traded companies traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
BDRs are also traded on B3. This application works as an investment fund made up of shares of American companies. However, when investing in a BDR, you only receive the income from the fund, and you do not own the shares.

The booming real estate market, mainly in the states of Miami and Florida, has attracted investors from all over the world, including Brazilians. In Orlando, for example, there are options for residential, commercial and even vacation homes, for those who earn money with vacation rentals.

Application in the EB5 program
The EB5 program encourages the inflow of foreign capital to open companies in the United States. To gain access, the investor must make an initial contribution of US$500,000 to their new business or project. It must present a business plan that guarantees the generation of at least
10 jobs in the country. The EB5 guarantees the permanence of the investor and their families (wife and children) in the country, being able to live, work and study in the United States.
